DAY SEVEN — WALK WHAT YOU HEAR

The Blood. The Oil. The Consecrated Life.

We have spent six days considering what it means to hear the voice of God, interpret His revelation, weigh what we receive and discern how to respond.

But hearing God was never intended to be the destination.

Obedience is where revelation becomes a way of life.

There is a remarkable picture in Leviticus 14:14–18. When a person was being restored, the priest placed the blood of the sacrifice upon the right ear, the right thumb and the right big toe. Then he applied oil to those same places.

The blood came first. The oil followed.

For us, it is a powerful reminder that everything begins with the finished work of Jesus Christ, and that we depend upon the Holy Spirit to live the life to which He has called us.

The ear — surrendered to hear His voice.

The hand — surrendered to do His will.

The foot — surrendered to walk in His ways.

And here is the challenge.

What good is hearing a word from God if we have no intention of obeying it?

What good is speaking prophetically if our lives contradict the message we carry?

We have enough voices claiming to speak for God. What we desperately need are men and women who have learned to walk with Him.

The prophetic was never intended to build platforms, personalities or spiritual reputations. Its purpose is to serve the purposes of God, strengthen His people and bear witness to Jesus Christ.

So, as we finish these seven days, don't simply ask God for another revelation.

Ask Him to make you faithful with what He has already shown you.

Let the Word govern your hearing. Let the Spirit direct your hands. Let obedience mark your footsteps.

The blood. The oil. The whole life surrendered.

Don't just speak prophetically. Live prophetically.
